* A dramatic day in Block B saw every result go the way of “Funky Weapon” Ryusuke Taguchi and his win over Kendrick meant he sneaks through in second place behind Low Ki to the semi final round. Young lion Takahashi also recorded his first win of the tournament with a big upset over TAKA.

* PAC and Devitt qualified from Block A both on 10pts with PAC in first as he defeated Devitt at Korakuen. A good comeback by Devitt who started the tournament with two losses in a row.
