Bad Intentions finally relinquished their grip on NOAH’s GHC Tag Team Title earlier, just 2 1/2 weeks after losing the IWGP Tag Team Title to TenKoji. They were beaten by one of NOAH’s most reputable tag teams of past years, Triple Crown holder Jun Akiyama and the now-freelance Akitoshi Saito. Despite losing both titles, Bernard and Anderson will go down in record books for being the most successful IWGP Tag Team Champions in a single reign ever and also the first team to hold both the IWGP and GHC Tag Team titles at the same time.
