Edge: "All week... all week I've been searching for some inner peace. I've been trying to... I've been trying to find some inner peace. I mean I'm... my marriage is... it's going through a rough patch... But even more... even more than that, in just over two weeks I'll be stepping in Hell In A Cell... against the Undertaker. I've watched all of the footage... it was propably a mistake, because I... I've seen all the cruelty... I've seen... I've seen the pain... I... I've seen the suffering... I've seen... the Undertaker. And... and all week everytime that I... everytime I close my eyes, that's all I see. But tonight, tonight I... I'm finding some of that inner piece because I surrounded myself with MY instruments of destruction. I've surrounded myself with tables..., ladders and chairs! And... and you see I know these better than anyone else. These are the things that helped me banish the Undertaker in the first place.

 

Ha... and I found the person, the one person that can help me against the Undertaker. I... I found that person. That person that will not only help me survive Hell In A Cell, that will help me thrive in Hell In A Cell. The p... the person who knows the Undertaker better than anyone else in history. That person... that person is my guest tonight... on the cutting edge. That person... that person is... Mick Foley. Mick Foley!"

 

[Mick Foley sitting wonderd at Commentary table]

 

Mick Foley: "I'm... I'm the guest?"

 

Edge: "Come on, Mick! Please... please... please Mick, come in here!"

 

Mick Foley: "You can't be serious."

 

Edge: "Come on, Mick! Please. Come on in the ring!"

 

Mick Foley: "He said please. He did say please. I'll watch, I'll watch."

 

[Foley enters the Ring]

 

Edge:: "Mick, tha... thanks for coming on the show, thank you."

 

Mick Foley: "Eh...ahh... you're welcome, I think. I think you're welcome."

 

Edge: "Ok, hear me out. I..."

 

Mick Foley: "I'm listening."

 

Edge:: "I know we have a checkered past. I know we have history. We have a lot of it. But I'm a changed man. I've changed, I've changed... And I know that you can look past our history. Because I know... I know that there's something that lingers inside you. There's something that eats away of you more than our past ever could. I see it. But in case... you've forgotten, I've taken the liberty of preparing something that can remind you. Take a look."

Edge: "Mick, that was ten years ago. And they haven't forgotten. That was ten years ago... Mick, I know... I know that your body has felt that match like it was yesterday. Every waking second, everytime you get out of bed, I know your body feels all of that. Feels what the Undertaker put you through. And Mick, here's the amazing thing. Even after all of the brutality, ... after everything the Undertaker did to you... you walked away on your own.

 

But... But Mick, Mick I saw you walk the day before that match. And I've watched you trying walk properly every day since that match. And you can't do it. The Undertaker did that to you. Mick, I know it eats away at your heart. I know that fire burns inside of you. I see it in your eyes, Mick. And Mick... Mick, if you help me... You can exorcise the demon of the Undertaker. You can get rid of all of that pain inside your heart, the pain in your eyes. I can see it. Mick, if you help me against the Undertaker, maybe... maybe all of that... maybe it'll all just wash away."

 

Mick Foley: "You bring up some great points, I never was the same. After that saw match with the Undertaker. And there is part of me Edge, that would really... like to help you. It's just that, over the past several months week-in and week-out you've really hurt... you've hurt my... my credibility, Edge. The one thing I have going for me more than anything else is my work, my bond with these fans. And for weeks, for months, for years, in both the words I've spoken and on the written page, I've said it loud and I've said it long: Edge is the greatest superstar in the WWE. Even when it hasn't been popular to say. The problem, Edge, is, unless our fans have a really, really long memory... they... think, you suck. Because they see an Edge, week-in, week-out, that takes the shortcuts. They see an Edge, week-in, week-out, willing to play the numbers game, willing to rely on his fiance... no... his wife! And so, Edge, I say, not only will I not help you... I can't help you. But I know the one person who can: Edge.

 

Edge, you need to look inside your heart, your soul and inside your mind and find the Edge who make me say, you are the greatest superstar in WWE! Remember the Edge who shattered through the glass ceiling when everyone else said it wouldn't be popular! You need to find that Edge! The Edge who took the letters T-L-C and made them mean something! The Edge who smelled his own flesh burning and didn't mind! Because it reminded him of victory. You and I, Edge... we engaged in the greatest Hardcore Match in WrestleMania history just two years ago! And you need to find THAT Edge! Because if you do, then J.R. and I will sit at Summerslam and we will call... and our fans around the country and around the world will bare witness to what i know can be the greatest, most exciting, innovative and violent match-up in WWE history. You need to find that Edge and bring him to Summerslam! Because if that cell door slam shut and the Undertaker stares face to face... at THIS Edge,... the white-tuxedo-wearing-Edge, the loofa-spongebathing-Edge, the teeter-totter-riding-Edge, the down on his knees saying "forgive me, baby, i can't live, I won't live without your love"-Edge... You bring that Edge to Summerslam and with god as my witness and a body that remembers every fall ten years after the date, you bring this Edge and the Undertaker will TEAR YOU APART! AM I UNDERSTOOD? Am I understood?"

Promo Paradise #17: You were stealing MY LATINO HEAT!

 

Just one week Before Eddie brutally beat up

his amigo Rey Mysterio after months of inner tensions

now he responses on everything

 

"You know, all over the country people have been asking me: Why, Eddie, why?

Why did you do to Rey Mysterio what you did to him last week?

 

Plain and simple: I gave him what he wanted. He wanted a fight, I GAVE him a fight. I GAVE HIM THE FIGHT OF HIS LIFE! And do you think that makes me happy? [Eddie takes the Rey Mysterio Mask out] DO YOU THINK THAT MAKES ME HAPPY?!? I DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT, REY! WHY DID YOU MAKE ME DO IT?! POR QUÉ? It's YOUR fault! Es tu culpa, Rey!

 

[Eddie stops, Fans chanting 'Eddie sucks!', untill he is talking to the Mask]

 

I never wanted to lay a hand on you. And look what you made me do. But you know what, Rey? Blessings come in disguise, esse! You see, I realized something last week, homes. My eyes were opened. And I realized what you were doing. [Eddie looks to the Crowd] And not only you: All of these people. I realized that each and every one of you are living vicariously through me. But as of last week, not anymore, cause I got it back. I GOT IT AAAAAAALL BACK! And I like it. I like what I'm feeling, Rey. So I've got a little piece of advice for you, homes. Promo Paradise #18: I am sick of Sports Entertainment

 

Joey Styles has enough of Sports Entertaiment

and shows this in this worked shoot ...

before Joey Styles was backstage with

"You [Jerry Lawler] want to apologize? Like nothing happened. Like you didn't knock me on my ass in front of millions of people worldwide, and I'm gonna come down there and work with you. I'm not coming back, and now thanks to the magic of live television I'm gonna show the whole world, why for seven years in ECW I was the unscripted, uncensored, loose cannon of commentary. Six months ago, WWE called me, I didn't call this company because I was looking for a job. I didn't need a job. WWE called me because they had humiliated and fired...again, Jim Ross.

 

So I get JR's spot, and from week one, week after week I've got an ongoing lecture about the differences in professional wrestling and sports entertainment. I'm not allowed to say 'pro wrestling', I'm not allowed to say 'wrestler'. I have to say 'sports entertainment' and refer to the wrestlers as 'superstars'. I'm told to deliberant ignore the moves and the holds during the matches so I can tell stories. Well ignoring the moves and the holds is damn insulting to the athletes, the 'wrestlers', not the entertainers who leave their families three hundred days a year to ply their craft in that ring.

 

Here's the best part, because I'm not a sports entertainment storyteller I get pulled from WrestleMania, and the reason I'm given is, is because I don't sound like Jim Ross who's the guy they fired in the first place. That makes sense, right? So I swallow the bitter pill, I'm a company guy. I get bumped from WrestleMania. Then I get bumped from Backlash? I'm not good enough to call Backlash!? In ECW, I called live pay-per-views on my own, solo, no color commentators dragging me down. Wasn't done before me, hasn't been done since. But I'm not good enough to call Backlash because I'm not a sports entertainment storyteller.

 

Well you know what? I am sick of sports entertainment. I am sick of male cheerleaders. I am sick of boogers and bathroom humor and semen and I am sick of our chairman. Who likes to talk about his own semen, he mocks God... he mocks God!!!!! And makes out with the divas all to feed his own insatiable ego. I am sick of sports entertainment, and most of all I am sick of you fans who actually buy into that crap! This sports entertainment circus! I never needed this job, and I don't want this job anymore. I QUIT!"

"They just gave me a live mic on a pay-per-view. So, if nobody minds, I'd like to get a few things off my chest. #1, we have two types of wrestlers here. We have the TNA die-hards who come here and entertain and bust their ass for the fans every night of the week, and we got 'superstars' who think they can come and do whatever they want however they want. We have 'superstars', who not only screw us - the hard working wrestlers - in TNA, but they screw each and every fan who paid to see them, no matter how old they are.

 

So lemme make this real simple, let me explain TNA to you. TNA is the Motor City Machine Guns coming down here and busting their ass, trying to get a break in this business. TNA is Black Machismo doing his damndest to entertain every single person in this building, and showing us what's up. TNA is Samoa Joe coming in here and doing what he does best, wrestle and be the best damn professional wrestler in the world. TNA is a bunch of hard working, young athletes who are looking to change the wrestling world, guys who held down this business while others profiteer from it. TNA is the guys who come in here and risk their lives on scaffolds and wires, while other people show up and pad their pensions. So I'll tell you what, Scott Hall - *chico* - I'll tell you what. Kiss my ass, you're a punk.

 

[looks at somebody sitting Ringside] Are you mad? Go ahead, fire me, I don't care. [looking to the crowd again] So tonight, I went in that locker room, and they said 'we called everybody in the world trying to get you a new partner', and I said ‘No, we don't need anybody else. We got everybody we need in the back right now'. So I walked in the back, and I said hey, who wants to be in the main event tonight? Who wants to go get into a fight? And EVERY ONE of the X-Division wrestlers stood up! I walked in the back and asked who wanted to get into a fight, and every single young wrestler whose first TV contract was through TNA stood up and said 'ME'.

 

But one in particular, bloodied, beaten, battered, bruised, overlooked by everybody in the world said 'Joe, please give me the shot'. So without further ado, I announce my partner: A man that will show up, a man that will be here, and do what he needs to do, a man who is ready for a fight. A man who will be a man, even when he's an old man. Showtime Eric Young, get out here let's kick some ass!"
