The issues just wouldn't go away so I moved us to phpBB instead. The theme and layout etc haven't been touched yet so don't be too down on how it looks.

Basically everything should be moved over from the previous forum, but there may be some things missing (for instance some of you may be missing avatars or whatever). It would appear moderation status has been removed from all mods also but this will get fixed as soon as Stu get's around to it.

Otherwise all should be good. We will have less issues (knock on wood) than before and soon the forum will be looking much spiffier than it is right now.

If you experience any weirdness then please let me or Stu know.

Take a look around, make yourself at home and put your feet up on the coffee table as we may be here for a while.

It's good to see it's back up either way. A world without SSS is not a world I want to live in. If you need graphics and shite to personalise the site once it's 100%, just let me know.

For anyone that cares, under control panel, you have preferences. You can change the skin to old SSS.

This new forum is giving me problems. A bunch of pm's that I deleted long ago came back. I'm having trouble reading my new pm's. My inbox looks like this:

Folder is 896% full (448 from 50 messages stored)
Compose message

You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

Mark and delete them all? I had a similar problem, I deleted them all. Seems like a drawback of the forum system switch.

Just make a new folder entitled "Old Shit" or something to that effect, and move everything from your inbox there. Made 4 such folders myself.

Try this fix:

1. Click User Control Panel at the top.
2. Click Board Preference tab.
3. Click Edit Posting Defaults located on the left.
4. De-select [Notify me when a reply is posted]
5. Press Submit.
