All right! TARU and Doering are getting an All-Asia Tag Title shot. I don't think they'll win since I think All Japan want Akebono and Hama to make at least 1 successful title defense but still should be exciting.

What are the odds that Hirai is viewed as a big underdog and gets Horiguchi-style "H-A-T-E" chants? Because that would rule.

I don't think so. The way the name worked out it looks like Kiyoshi must be part of Sanada's actual name since it's next to his picture. Sorta like Magic Suwa for Suwama, I guess.

Fuchi would be interesting. C'mon, if people are asking for a last reign of Liger as IWGP Jr. Champion, why can't Fuchi have a last reign as the World Jr. Champion, and then ride into the sunset? OK, bad analogy.

Now, seriously, I guess the next challenger will be an outsider. Or maybe NOSAWA, since he's not bounded anymore by the All-Asias, and hasn't challenged Kaz yet. KAI or Yamato would be interesting too, just for F4's dominance sake.

Oh, I remember the days of RO'D dominating AJ ranks. Is too late to consider an Umaga return?

Id say an outsider for Hayashi's next defence...or maybe KAI. An outsider seems the best option at the minute in order to build KAI up more.

Well, why not Liger as AJ Jr champ then? It's the only big Jr. belt he hasnt won yet.

Well, at least they have a history. I dont really see it happening though.

I'm still hoping for Minoru winning the belt it in a rematch. Or TAKA.

Probably won't be another defense until next year. I'm hoping they either build KAI to win the belt or a returning T28/Tetsuya Bushi wins the gold.

KAI should get the next shot, but lose. Then comes T28 and wins the strap. Later in 2010 , finally KAI gets the title.

Let Kaz win Tokyo Sports MVP for 2009 (he's had as good a year as anyone else) and then let him drop it in January or February. I hope T28 comes back as a face and is who Kaz drops the title to (although Kai winning due to VM interference and Kai joining would be interesting).

Damn it, no KENTA. Kaz deserves it more that ROHbots love boy.

Takayama will be...hmm...interesting. Yeah, he had a solid year as the Triple Crown Champion, but I don't see him winning it.

(on a side note, it's just me, or Ziggler hairlook looks a lot like Takayama's? You gotta love that mad doctor hair... ;D )

Go...hmm...I don't know. I think Akiyama had a more solid year as the GHC Champion. But, yeah, why not?

Sugiura would be a strong contender if he wins the GHC Championship. His role at the NJ-NOAH was superb.

But, this year is the year of the Ace. Too bad Tokyo Sports doesn't show some love for NJ. But this year, Tanahashi as MVP is almost a lock.

But KENTA has had more great matches this year( even if some of them are carried by the opponent) as opposed to Kaz.
Go is a bit of a strench, but he's had a very good year, with many important victories, though he really annoys me in singles matches.

Kaz's match with MAZADA was bad stuff, and it was clipped to 15 minutes. His bout with Kondo was uninteresting, the Toshizo match was very good, and i really enjoyed the Minoru match, though i have a slight feeling that if i rewatch it, it will fall down in my graces.
