The majority of his success came in his homeland of America, where he formed one of the top tag teams of the late 1980's, Badd Company, with Paul Diamond in AWA, the two also competing as the Orient Express in the WWF. He returned to New Japan in August, 1989, wrestling a tour with the company. In 1992, he won the UWA Intercontinental Tag Team Title with Bulldog KT, better known as Gedo. After wrestling for both the WWF and WCW, he returned to New Japan as a regular in October, 2001, wrestling under the name GOKU-DO, and aligning with Gedo and Team 2000.
